Benchmark 30A is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. This position will support the Finance Team as well as the Property Management Team. Support management to conduct analysis on rental rates, marketing data, and other data driven projects.
Duties:
· Research, monitor and assist in setting rental rates
· Perform rate and occupancy analysis and assist rental managers with requests for data
· Collect and analyze marketing data
· Perform miscellaneous analytical tasks
· Assist finance and other departments with other data driven projects
· Develop and manage internal management reports
· Compile rental projections for new owner prospects
Skills:
· Internet, database and other research skills
· Data collection, manipulation and analysis
· Market analysis and valuation (ideally real estate related)
· Basic accounting exposure/knowledge. QuickBooks experience a plus
· Strong intracompany communication skills
· Project management skills
· Ability to self-manage and prioritize work tasks
· Strong Microsoft Office ability, especially Excel
· Exposure to Escapia or other property management software a plus
· Short term rental management business experience a plus
