I have a buyer looking for a condo or townhome within a few blocks of the beach with 1,2 or 3 bedrooms. They would like beach access and a unit that can be rented in Walton, Okaloosa or Bay County. The biggest factor is the price. They are willing to spend up to $250,000. They are not looking for a good deal they are loking for an unbelieveable deal. Their comment was that they want to buy from someone that has to sell not someone that wants to sell. Please post or email anything you have or know of that would fit.
