Tapas Menu
Six Tapas & a bottle of wine for two $30 per person


Pimientos de Piquillo Rellenos
Smoky and Sweet Peppers from the region of Navarra, stuffed with
a Creamy Seafood Stuffing and finished with a Light Butter Sauce


Tuna Mojama
Salt and Air Cured Blue Fin Tuna from Andalusia, Marinated
and Served on Crostinis with Baby Greens


Costillas de Cordero
Lamb Rib Chops Crusted with Cabrales Cheese served with a
Blood Orange Gastique and Pine Nuts


Fabas con Almejas
A very Traditional Tapas dish mixing the best of Land and Sea. Hearty
Faba Beans with Clams, Spanish Ham and Sausages in a Thick Broth


Croquetas de Mariscos
Small Seafood Cakes made from Crab and Shrimp, breaded with
Panko Bread Crumbs and served with a Curry Aioli


Albondigas
Spanish Meatballs simmered in A Hearty
Tomato Sauce served with Bread

I am glad you like the Tuna Mojama. It reminds me of Spain for sure, it just tastes like the sea. I hope to put it back on our regular menu.
