Can someone explain bldg 7 to me?

Sandybanks, you are certainly entitled to feel something dire and sinister took place on 9/11. For me to believe so goes against everything I have seen and everything I have been exposed to in my lifetime, probably considerably longer than yours. Your attempt to create a response on this board based on some obscure conspiracy theory has suceeded, though it was an exercise in futility. Thank you for your sincere and heart felt words. I asked 10 question in post 1 and have yet to get an answer on how did bldg. 7 come down?

I can completely understand everyone's opinion on this matter and to question authority goes against the grain of all of us. I am not putting forth any agenda except to ask, does anyone and I do mean anyone know how bldg. 7 of the world trade center came down?

Now we have Silverstein who owns the bldg. saying that it was pulled. We do have him on tape saying that, do we not?

Now let's go with that. What demo company walked explosives into a bldg. on fire to pull the bldg.? I got to meet these people because they are some bad mama Jama's.

We know explosives could not of got into the bldg. without gov. assistance before 911 because of the security.

Now, who do you know that is in the demo business that can demo a bldg. on fire in less than six hours?

I am not saying it can't be done, but what is the name of the company?

Are you not at least curious of how bldg. 7 came down at free fall speed.

You may say, no, it was not pulled. OK, let's go with that, those steel beams must reach a certain temp. to cause a bldg. to collapse and the heat from a fire will not do it. How do I know this? Because it has never and I repeat ever happen in the history of Modern times to have done that.

Unless you are Larry Silverstein and you own the bldg. The only ones who have ever collapse at free fall speed are his three bldgs

Then here is an answer for you: a jet, filled with jet fuel, crashed into the building, the fuel ignited, and continued to burn until it reached temperatures so high, that it melted steel, causing the weight of the upper floors to give, which when collapsed, they had enough momentum that it was like a big jack hammer shoving the rest of the weakened structure crashing down below. There you have it in a nutshell. I didn't read this on some guy's website, just used some deductive reasoning. Read up a little bit on how a train works and you will find similarities in the compression effect (made that one up, but that is how I think of it.) After reading up on how an engine is able to get enough power from a stand still, to move an entire train, filled with loaded cars, report back your findings.

By the way, "questioning authority is not going against the grain of us all." I believe fully in always questioning all authority.

You are making no sense whatsoever.

Let's use a little common sense again. How does steel get hot enough to be a liquid state, so that it can be formed? Let me tell you the answer -- FIRE. Wasn't that an easy lesson? Just a little common sense, and you don't even have to read the crazy reports to make your own decisions.

In another post, you said that you were asking these questions to hear our opinions so that you could make your own decisions regarding all of th questions, yet you give us all this information from a known conspiracy theorist, and give it more weight than numerous experts, including the architects themselves. I guess you get what you ask for sometimes.

I will say that the world would not so special without people who ride the short bus, like the guy you quote in all of the opinions. Those guys really make the world go around and fill a need of some kind.

Just curious as to how many other jets, filled with enough fuel for a cross country flight, have crashed into buildings (which didn't collapse) which are of such height that the fire dept could not reach? Any idea? Take a wild guess. I'd love to hear you name one.

Again, a little deductive reasoning and self thought goes a long way. I'll give you another little tip. In addition to always questioning gov't, you should always question everyone, even the conspiracy theorists.

1) Since I was amazed at how long the towers stood after the planes hit I find nothing odd that another building fell faster than expected (according to a layperson and wack-a-doo conspiracy buff).

2) I know people who would think nothing of carrying explosives into a burning building and yes, they are bad mamba jambas. ;-) However, explosives aren't the only things that explode or cause an explosion/implosion. Watch an episode of Macgyver or any B action movie and you'll find many more explanations than explosives and a conspiracy.

3) Our government isn't smart enough/tight lipped enough to carry something like this out, plus the people in those buildings had way too many political connections to be effectively sacrificed. :roll:

4) The black helicopters will know where to find you if you are constantly posting hooey!
