3) Our government isn't smart enough/tight lipped enough to carry something like this out, plus the people in those buildings had way too many political connections to be effectively sacrificed. :roll:

Plus, some groups that even the darkest reaches of a government conspiracy doesn't want to mess with. It's not smart to consciously make a decision to blow up the main NYC office for the US Secret Service (they were in 7) After OKC, they get really cranky about those kinds of things.
