1 1/2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4" pieces
1 lg onion, chopped
1 each large green and red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 T chili powder
2 t ground cumin
2 15 oz cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes - with their juice
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilis
16 oz light Cheese Whiz
salt to taste

In large nonstick pot sprayed with cooking spray, cook chicken, onion, and peppers over medium heat until chicken is cooked - about 4 minutes. Sprinkle with chili powder and cumin. Add beans and tomatoes; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in cheese spread until melted and well blended. 8-10 one cup servings - about 4 WW points each. Yummy.
