Seeking a candidate with an outgoing, warm and friendly demeanor to greet and engage customers in light conversation as they enter the community sales center/model homes. This position will be the customer's first impression of the community and builder, and must be able to smoothly hand off the customer to the sales agents. Must have a professional appearance and be able to handle administrative duties. Hours: Friday-Sunday (Fri-Sat 9:30am - 6pm, Sun 10:30am - 5pm) Location: Seagrove, FL Scope of work: Greeting and registering customers Handling all telephone calls and taking messages Entering registrations into computer (must learn CRM system) Performing all secretarial duties such as typing, filing, assembling brochures, ordering supplies, etc. Ensuring sales center is clean and orderly (this will require cleaning signage, sweeping, washing dishes, emptying trash) Unlocking models and ensuring all lights are on, fluffing pillows, preparing for daily showings. Picking up any loose trash. Prepare punch list for model homes as items need attention. Locking models at the end of business to ensure all windows and doors are secure, lights are off, etc. Preparing traffic reports or other reporting as needed Background check and tests required.
