Condition of Seacrest Beach

I keep hearing about beach conditions in the panhandle, what exactly are the conditions on Seacrest Beach, i'm headed there in July (just before relocating from new jersey to Nashville Tenn,YAY) and am interested since i'm coming down with my 4 kids and you know how they can be.

Where in Seacrest are you staying? We have a place in Seacrest Beach North and the beach was looking GREAT :clap_1: when we were there two weeks ago!
