Contractor Needed

I am part owner of a fractional share house in Seacrest. We are in need of a contractor that can build an awning over an exterior door and help us fix a pesky leak. In the foyer of our house, we have a leak via the light fixture that we think may be coming from the second floor deck. Does anyone know of someone reliable that can maybe do the work?

We had the same thing happen with our home in Seagrove. We had to build an awning to match an existing roof line and then we had to find two leak issues. The contractor we used that did a fantastic job and did find the leaks and repaired them was R.C. Page with Performance Handymen. He lives in the area and his number is 850-774-2188.
