You just gave me an idea. Put a special laser collar on a cat that that sends out a beam. He'll be running around chasing his own beam. Then do this with a whole bunch of cats and put them in a room together, or outside for that matter.
So what if the cat looks to the sky and tags an airplane? Are you responsible, or is the cat at fault? Who will have splainin' to do?
