Is anyone going to take a shot at the original question. A presidential candidate not willing to take questions from mainstream press that is already heavily biased in her favor. What does that say about her candidacy?
I will. It seems that not having press conferences and limiting what questions you answer when you do is an effective tactic. By giving speeches you have the opportunity to avoid controversy and stay on message. As much asI dislike Governor Scott, he has played the card for almost 6 years with success. Then you have Mr Trump. Need I say anything more.

It says she is still a crook.

It says that she is smart and her campaign is on a roll. Unless her poll numbers start to decline significantly she stands little to gain by putting herself out there.

An analogy would be if if you are winning the batting crown by a few points and you sit out the last couple games of the season to play it safe and preserve your average.

Crooked people are also often very smart people. Also, based on personal experience, people that are both crooked and smart are very difficult to put in jail.

O'Wal
so you want a candidate to be able to avoid any questioning from the press?

I do not call stealing multi billions of pension money from underpaid teachers in order to balance the budget a success. It's theft no different from his tenure at HCA.
