So I see this issue is old. Is it still a thing? I have been coming to 30A for 24 years and I am looking to buy in this neighborhood. I have an annual Florida State Park pass. I can see by the map that the bike trails run right by the neighborhood and straight to the beach. Is it a problem to use the existing bike paths from the neighborhood to the beach?

Do you mean through the park? As with any state park you can only legally enter through the official entrances. But do people do otherwise around there? I doubt anyone would admit to it. And annual passholders still have to use the main gate at parks.
