Today, CDC is strengthening its recommendation on COVID-19 vaccine booster doses. Everyone ages 18 and older should get a booster shot either when they are 6 months after their initial Pfizer or Moderna series or 2 months after their initial Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.

The emergence of the Omicron variant further emphasizes the importance of vaccination, boosters, and other prevention efforts needed to protect against COVID-19. While there is much to learn about the Omicron variant, we do know that COVID-19 vaccines are our best tool to avoid serious illness & hospitalization.

Why aren’t illegal border crossers required to be vaccinated to illegally enter the US (Or is that racist xenophobic to ask). American citizens obviously have less rights and must (according to the current administration) acquiesce to whatever that administration deems vital to everyone’s safety. If by not getting the vaccination you are not thinking of others, then obviously the administration isn’t thinking of others either since they’re letting people in without the vaccination. It’s that double standard that makes most people who aren’t vaccinated pushback.
No where in the vaccination order does it state it only applies to US Citizens only. So, as usual, your casual racism is unfounded and misguided.

I think the pushback is more about the need for attention.
