They do but they do not always agree with me. This time I think all of them agree. I am a retired health care professional but much more important is that I would give my life for each of them.

Now is the time for you to think without emotion. This virus will continue to mutate. We can't convince everyone to get the vaccines. Omicron has significantly milder symptoms. Please give us your professional advice regarding how to end the pandemic.
Polio was virtually eradicated, and I think if people had been more cooperative from the start, the same would have been true of COVID. Both diseases present mild or asymptomatic symptoms in the majority of cases by the way. It's a bad bet to bank on the benefits of catching mild variant in hopes of creating widespread immunity. If proper steps are taken, the rate of mutation will approach zero. The laws of nature are descriptive, not prescriptive. There is no decree, invisible hand, or supernatural force that demands that a virus mutate into a a variant that is vaccine resistant. The best bet is not to catch COVID, and if you do catch it, not to spread it.

There are many factors to consider for each individual. I am not saying that everyone should go get Covid. We must be more compassionate than that. Compassion is an emotion btw. The dilemma is how do we end the pandemic which will save more lives that waiting on people to decide to do the right thing and get the vaccine. We have a strong emotional element at play that is being manipulated by a very strong force or power. We did not have this problem during other epidemics or pandemics. “If” people would do the right of course I would agree with you…but they are not doing the right thing. Not only that doing the right thing is affecting our mental health. Does isolation sound normal to you? Yes it could have been severely slowed in the beginning if all of humanity was as smart and as privileged as you and me :). In addition this was a novel virus and we had little science. So here we are and the virus continues to mutate even with our vaccines. Let the politics go and think. In my opinion I see Omicon as a way to build immunity faster than getting everyone on this planet to get the vaccine. You do not have to accept my advice but if we can’t have a discussion without you calling people stupid or worse then what does that say about you?

Show your relatives this.

I already did many months ago and similar stories of individuals. You have and we all have a political bias that comes before our science. Our science says that the risk of mutation is certain. The dilemma is now that we have a dominate strain that is much milder along with millions of people who are choosing not to get the vaccine OR do not have easy access to the vaccine (many of us have privileges that others do not) what is the best advice...Normal Activities, Please get the vaccine, Wear a mask in crowded areas, Isolate for 5 days if you get Covid and stop calling people we disagree with stupid...it does not help anything....

Science is predicting continued mutation of this virus. Science can not predict if it will mutate into more lethal strains or less severe strains like Omicron. Science can predict that less people will die with Omicron. Science can not make people choose to get a vaccine. Follow the science...

Ok, show where the majority of medical science says getting infected on purpose is a good idea.

Is that your advice for the world population on how to end the pandemic or is that your politics? Lets say it is your advice for the world population. We have a vaccine but we are not able to get everyone immunized. How do you propose to get everyone vaccinated? Omicron has resistance to the vaccine btw...

If this is directed at me the answer is simple, don’t use me as a your moral guide.:dunno:
After two years of this sht if a person still doesn’t believe vaccinating is the best defense against serious illness and possible death then yes they are stupid or simply willfully ignorant.

Judge rules on jurors vaccinated status in his court.

"It is the Court’s belief that the vast majority of the unvaccinated adults are uninformed and irrational, or—less charitably—selfish and unpatriotic."
