Usually the only difference between the buffet and the upscale place is the grade of the crab. Plus, you should get real butter in the upscale place.

why go to the gulf of mexico to eat alaskan crab legs caught then frozen over 6 months ago? you can get that in any crappy buffet or fake sushi place in any small town in the country eat gulf seafood. we have blue crab, we even have stone crab if you know where to look eat local shrimp, not asian sewage fed shrimp, eat local fish not farm raised garbage
