Same with alcohol. We have crime against irresponsible use - driving while drunk for example, the same would be true with meth or cocaine or pot. The production safety issue can be taken care of by legalizing it and regulating the companies that produce it.

I was talking about environmental safety regulation, that was your concern about meth production right?

What someone chooses to put into his or her own body is their busienss, right scooter? Just like it's a woman's right to choose what she takes out. ;-)

Nope - not when it makes it hard for me to get cold meds and fuels crime! ;-)

I don't think we should legalize meth - I'll grudgingly concede on pot, but not on meth.

Find me a situation where "homebrew meth" can save your life or is advocated by a doctor for health reasons and THEN it would be a similar argument.

Again the environmental effects are an issue, but not as much as a meth lab exploding.
