Anyone have a recommendation on who to call to catch a critter in the attic and figure out how it got in? This is the second time we've heard a noise in the attic and can't figure out how an animal can get into the attic.

Moth balls worked for my squirrels in the attic. Good luck.
I would not use moth balls. They are toxic to humans. Send a pm to soappedaler or stop by the Farmer's Market and ask her. She had raccoons and got a critter guy out to evict them.
I had flying squirrels one time in my attic. I hate critters in my house. I will literally sell and move.
Are flying squirrels on the property condition disclosure form?? 
We use http://www.ridacritter.com/ in GA. There must be an equivalent service in the FL Panhandle.
You need to get on it. If it's a "roof rat" you will soon hear the pattering of a bazillion little roof rats
