The Pearl Hotel presents Culinary Adventures: Tall Pines Farm-To-Table Dinner at the Havana Beach Bar & Grill - Hat Room Wednesday, March 28th from 6:30-10pm. Enjoy a 4-course Farm-To-Table dinner menu with curated pairings while a Tall Pines Farmer works the room answering any and all of your questions.

$200 per adult.

DINNER MENU

Amuse - Marrow Custard | sorrel, sweet clover, pickled radish, beef fat fried chips

First - Gulf Fish | raw and braised heirloom beans, baby onion, southern smash salami, peanut, smoked ham hock broth

Second- Heritage Pork Shoulder | swiss chard-bacon roulade, hokarei turnip, Savora Mustard, black magic

Third - Beef Duo | short rib, striploin, charred broccoli, root vegetable gratin, ramp-bone marrow jus

Fourth - Salted Caramel Tart | candied puffed rice, bacon ice cream, cognac
