Really! We actually got free tickets. :dunno:

I assume you're for Pittsburgh. We're for Green Bay since hubby is from WI and grew up as a Packer fan, but we're not rabid fans as we are for the Gators. I'm upset because I can't find my Packer's hat. :sosad: I think it'll be a good game.

 Yes, I'm for the Steelers! You must find your hat and post of pic of you wearing it.

My parents were at that game as well. It's hard to believe that the ticket for the game was only $20.00. You can't even park at the game for that amount these days!

Last year in Miami I parked in someones yard for $20 across the street from the stadium. They had constructed a large wall to try to keep the people who live there from renting out their yards, but the guy lent us his ladder to get over it.

He even helped us get back over the wall after the game.

Steelers of course! But I have a lot of respect for the Packers. If the Steelers weren't playing today, I'd be cheering for the Packers.

Here we go Steelers!
.
That's really cool! It should be a good game!

I'll be glad when all y'all's fans leave town! ..

I want to buy my groceries in peace .......................

That is too funny! We park in some pretty sketchy places for Braves games that are near Turner Field. We just hope our vehicle will be there after the game.

How nice! I have heard parking at Cowboys Stadium is ranging from $55 (a mile away) to $900 at the venue.

The Steelers & Pittsburgh have a lot in common with the Packers. Their Head Coach grew up in Pittsburgh.

I hear ya! Steelers Nation tends to take over the town that the Superbowl is in. And I've heard that Packers fans travel well also. Grocery stores here are a war zone as well!

Cowboys stadium is located next to a residential area that I bet has loads of people renting out their yards today for much less than that.

This is a picture of part of the wall we climbed over to get to our car after the Superbowl last year.

After Jerry getting the city to use imminent domain used to knock down houses and build the death star, the least the city can do is let the people with homes close by the stadium who's lives are totally disrupted by street closures, reroutes and traffic is make a little cash this weekend!! I live on the opposite side of town but I feel for the folks that live near the stadium. My office is right by the stadium, my parking pass would go for about $250-400 I'm told!

You know, last year when I was talking to the guy who's yard I parked in and he was telling me all the city has tried to do over the past 20 years just over him trying to rent out his yard I thought it was ridiculous.

Back in 2009 restrictions went into place requiring lots to be paved and not in residential areas. I assume that still holds now. Haven't heard of changes.

Our high school band boosters manage a concession and today they met at Lone Star Park, Grand Prairie from where workers were to be shuttled. It'll be a long day!
