After 2+ hours at the salon here is the end result. Not too much of a change really but it is at least 4 inches shorter.

I like it OL, I'm sure it feels like a huge change to her. It should be less to get in her way tumbling etc. You can't go wrong when you look like Sam, she'd even look cute bald.

The blue streak is real hair clip in extension. I say go for an orange and a blue one then you can take it out if you need to. You can curl it, straighten it, wash it, anything you do to your own hair.

I like this one, just tell the stylist to leave the shortest length long enough to pull back for the pony tail holder. That is what my daughter does when she gets hers cut. Just have her take her holder with her to make sure its not too short.

OL - love sam's hair and especially the blue. she needs a tad more of funky streaks, though, maybe a hot pink instead of blue. her cut is darling, but I'm not talking darling cuts here. I love hair that's different. love it more than anything. don't you ever get so bored looking at women's hair? they are all basically the same. I don't do the funk out look anymore, but that is not to say that I never will...

I hear the chin length power bob is the new hot style.
