These homes will definitely be second home rentals.

So....for all you locals out there......what neighborhood(s) do I need to look at if I have two otters.....uh, boys.....at Butler & need some friendly kids to play with?

Kids are scattered around here, but the little Otters will make school friends, whether or not they are in your neighborhood.

It's hard to name many "family" neighborhoods. There are quite a few families in Gulf Place, but the homes are $1mil+.

Most people head to the beach or other gathering spots everyday during season. There are always concerts, films, etc.

In the offseason, there are still plenty of activitites.
