The right candidate will support the Marketing Manager, play role on advertising team and oversee coordination of various projects. *Entry-level position; based out of the Santa Rosa Beach office.
This is a hands-on position requires vision, execution and task work. DHI does not employ an outside agency or P.R. firm, all marketing efforts are envisioned and produced in-house. This is a dead-line intensive job which requires 100% accuracy. Knowledge of the home-building industry is useful but not mandatory. The position is considered to be 55% administrative, 15% design, 30% miscellaneous and inter-department communication.
Education Level
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional knowledge, skills and/or abilities required. Proficient in use of Adobe CS applications, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

- Assist Marketing Manager with design and planning of digital initiatives including SEO, updates and promotion pages
- Provide departmental support for website & social media initiatives including managing accounts and content
- Responsible for all signage in the community and neighborhood
- Train sales personnel on customer database
- Coordinate compilation and completion of marketing packages for sales agents
- Coordinate with local chambers and community associations
- Maintain department supplies; on and offsite
- Event planning and execution
- Assist in marketing and design of all material including ad campaigns, e-blast, events, direct mail, etc.
