jdarg said:oh...sigh...yes I am.A tired winner today- I'm keeping your hours Miss Kitty.
Sorry Darlene- gotta tangent here on your thread I had to have Will at school at 4:45 am this morning to be on a TV morning show. Somehow, I ended up as the soundboard person (they were desparate!). Turned on the music, did the volume- I was scared to death! Too many buttons and things to push/move- translation: mess up and break. John R would be proud of me though!
Now I need to make the second pot of coffee!

It is good that I live in a very small community and everything is within about 3 miles that I have to travel. I do love the sports though. I am your typical sports mom!!!! I am sure I will miss it when it is over....
Cheering472 said:Between the 2 of mine, they played everything except soccer. We had more cleats and balls around the house than I can tell you. To this day it is spring to me when I hear the ping of the bat hitting the ball. If I see a couple of people standing around talking I assume it's a huddle to call the next play.
I made some good friends through those sports though. It carried all the way through high school with them and we have "team Mom" reunions to catch up with each other to this day. Enjoy every minute, you can sleep when he's gone.
