okay... turks and caicos... the yacht will have a purpose of sailing all through the caribbean and island hopping to all of my different homes scattered throughout all of the caribbean islands... happy?

And finally P- you touched on a question I had earlier but due to posting on my phone could not possibly get the time to throw in;

Do ALL college kids these days think that after graduation they will immediate be in the 60-100K salary range?

My bosses kid (when I still worked for The Man was that same mind set) thought that when he came back from Baylor he would run the business that his Father started in th 90's.. He did it for 2yrs, then QUIT....

Any who.. realistically; what is your thought process on that; AND when you get your 75 footer, will you need a first mate?
