We tried the Delta Kitchen tonight and it was great! The service was excellent and the food was too! SJ is right about the green beans--best I've ever had. The kids adored the mac n' cheese with penne pasta and white cheese sauce. The food is "comfort food" with a twist. It is fresh and prepared with high quality ingredients. We'll be back often--the atmosphere is casual and family friendly, but nice enough for and adult night out.

We have now eaten there twice within the last week. My wife wanted go aback again tonight. Excellent rasberry duck!

Had a late lunch there today. WOW!! great service and food. had the ham sandwich wide a side of fresh creamed corn. our waitress was super friendly and efficient. love the corn. i'll be back, often.

When I worked for the state the secretaries had a set schedule:8:30am - 10:00am Previous nights dinner flowing into breakfast10:00am - Noon Current days lunch and opinions about yesterdays1:00pm - 5:00pm Discuss current days lunch and what would be for dinner that evening.

Get out...you did not! We were there at 12:30 PM today! We tried all of these items, fried chicken, chicken fried steak, roast pork, mac and cheese, collard greens, navy beans, yam fries, tomato salad, side salad, mashed potatoes, cream corn, key lime pie and chocolate tort. I may be forgetting something...but who cares???? It was awesome. Oh yea, tea and coffee.

Ate there last night with BJ and little bj. It was fabulous!!!!! Yum-Yum. The flourless chocolate cake was little bj's favorite part.

went tonight for dinner - wonderful! shrimp and grits, homemade meatloaf, mac and cheese, yum yum yum! and terrific key lime pie with REAL unsweetened whipped cream - just delicious.
