A great alternative when an hour wait for a table is just to much to bear. Southern style cooking, great pot roast, chops and shrimp with lots of veggie sides to choose from. A short drive up Hwy. 331 , not quite to Hwy. 20 in Freeport. They also have a little wine and beer bar with a pool table next door. Worth the 15 minute trip north!

I've tried to eat there twice... closed both times. But will hit it right one of these days... really want to try it.
