Right here!
The numbers do not look good, even with O'Donnel now down 10-15 against Coons.

PA - Seestack down by 7 (Quinnipiac)
WI - Feingold down by 7 (PPP)
CA - Fiorina down by 1 (Rasmussen)
UT - Angle up by 1 (Quinnipiac)
OH - Fisher down by 13 (Rasmussen)
AK - Miller up by 15
FL - Rubio up by 7

The current Senate balance looks to be 51 dem / 49 rep.

If current trends continue, Reps may also take California, and if O'Donnell pulls out an upset (not likely), Reps will take back the Senate.

Reps are currently destined to take back the House of Representatives with a 15 seat majority, and a super majority of governorships.

I am starting to think that would be a good thing - because then they can't just blame Democrats for everything.
