I think someone is incorrectly attributing lower rental rates and a tendancy to bargain hunt with some sort of bias in how federal money is being aloted. Trust me MC, the government isn't giving out checks sizable enough to completely finance a 30-A vacation. The feds don't have that kind of money to spend (or borrow). They're broker than we are.
