Weather station or communications device at Eglin? 
I think that picture is taken at Noriego (sp?) Point at the Destin Harbor. That's the only remaining cross, out of 3, that survived Dennis. I think that boat was in the local paper this week. It has some damage, but will be fixed by its owner.
