Desperate Need State Certified GC

Desperate for a State Certified General Contractor to fix my home.

just for an fyi, a GC can work on a building 3+ stories, where as a builder can worl on 3- stories. may be cheaper to go with someone with a builders license.

I have to have a State Certified Contractor. Registered Builders cannot pull a permit here.

then that must have changed at the same time as the 3 story deal, because one of the builders i've worked with for the last three years(pulling permits) is currently in orlando sitting for his gc license. good luck with whatever you need done.

I live in the city limits of Destin. It is their rule, not the county or state rule.

Makes it difficult.
