This property near Crystal Beach Inn is 3 lots about 340 feet. I think it is a good example of showing what is needed over there to get beachfront access where there is very little undeveloped property left - county tourist development department paying half and city paying half. P

I realize they probably aren’t worth moving, but I do like the look of those disappearing mid-century beach bungalows.

The last I heard there were still plans to develop the Eastern Lake outfall property as a public beach access and workshops were going to be held to take public input on what people would like to see. I believe beachgoers are using the property as it is, though.
I was thinking it wouldn't be able to handle parking or restrooms etc. Maybe a few spaces on the shoulder.

Has it got an official name from TDC?

I'm sure the homeowners on San Roy are about to become HUGE environmentalists.
