Well...for whatever reason, it's obviously intentional at this point. Not getting filled in, and they appear to be workers and not tourons.

I've seen the county open the outfall at Grayton before. They used a backhoe.

They are working on the area by the bridge at Oyster lake, could the opening be part of that?

Well, that took long enough. After watching the feed for a while it became apparent that they were workers. Not sure what they were doing that required the lake to be opened, though. Maybe they had to drop the level because of the work near the bridge...
