Digital Graffiti was very nice...not overwhelmingly mind-blowing... but there were some very intriguing images nearly everywhere. Just the general ambiance of Alys is what is special. Any party at the Caliza Pool is great. It should be even better next year.

it was awesome! some really interesting stuff...such a great event and so cool to see hundreds...if not thousands, flocking to see art!

It was cooler than cool. DJ Shantanu (sp?) was so great- she wrote on a tablet that was projected on the big wall at Caliza. The kids loved her- she would write their names in crazy colors, with the music beat thumping and the lights flashing around. We left around 11ish and the dancefloor was getting crowded.

My favorites were the Fun House - the kids (or I guess adults too) could stand in front of the projection equipment and their images would be distorted in to crazy fun house images, then projected on the wall. The artist was from Panama City- will try and find his name. Also, the film "Where the Hell is Matt", about the guy that filmed himself doing the same dance all over the world was wonderful on a big wall. (Where The Hell Is Matt?)

I am so disappointed--I was supposed to be there, and came down with some horrible "bug" and couldn't go. I hate being sick...

It was a wonderful event. I catagorize it as one of THE events of the year. Alys Beach sure knows how to put on a great party, and the art on the walls was spectacular. I hope Kurt posts his pictures soon, it is always amazing the eye he has for capturing the soul of events such as DG!

I was happy to see more kids there this year! I think it is a great way to expose them to amazing art!
