Older... Waaaaayyy older, right Krazy K??? (just kidding!)

Seriously, though, I always felt out of place with my peers; I'm kind of a homebody, and I'm not really into clubbing or going out partying in the "meat market" kinda bars that are popular with my age group.

Give me a quiet dinner with friends or a bonfire on the beach over that stuff any day!

So yeah, most of my friends are at least 5 years older, if not 10 or 20 (or more). Just fits my comfort zone.

I hardly ever put all my friends together either. We are in little groups with a common bond. I have a group of girlfriends from school and college. I have groups of friends from all my past jobs that don't know each other. My football friends and my church friends would never get along. I even have a group of friends that rode the bus downtown with me on my last job. We were the loud morning people in the back of the bus (TARC). We have a TARC-ette Christmas party that no one else is interested in attending. I don't blame them. We all worked in banks, law offices or brokerage firms. When you spend so much of your day buttoned down, you go a little nuts when they let you out.
Ditto. Like, the ones who would faint if they heard the eff word wouldn't be okay with the ones who say it.

Those groups make the most interesting gatherings! Think of SoWallers!:D
You have a point there. We are pretty heterogeneous because we all share the love of SoWal. On the other hand, I'm not sure that my friends all share one thing in common.
