Dolphins in the wild?

Does anyone know of a reputable boat tour that goes out to see dolphins in their natural habitat? We will be down around the 4th of July, staying in WC...

( OK... just came across another thread and it mentioned Water Planet... thoughts, opinions?)

Southern Star Cruise is the best in the area IMO. You will see a lot of Dolphins on the trip and the staff is super!
