A Friend of mine does the "Beer Butt Chicken" which is what we call it, at every gathering. Here in Huntsville you can buy the "white sauce" already bottled. Big Bob Gibson in the brand name. Don't forget to pop the top on the beer before sticking it up the chickens butt, or you will have a mess.....believe me I know!

Sounds like one of those unfortunate personal experience stories. Could of been worse. What if you'd gotten confused on where to stuff the beer! That could've been a real tragedy!:funn::funn::funn:

I've cooked them with beer cans and with sprite. Both turned out great.


Here's another:

Buy a whole roaster chicken. Split it down the middle so it's flat. Marinate it and try to rub spices under the skin. Grill it over low heat. Real good stuff.

The "Beer Butt" or "Enema Chicken" is absolutely the best! My kids had fixed some the day I had dental surgery last week and I still managed to eat some...it's that tender. We have one of those rack things you stick it on, but I don't think you have to have one.

Sorry, I haven't been a college student in a while -- although I did take a few grad. classes at UTC not too long ago. It's good to know that I don't talk (post?) older than I am.
