"Enchanted" is my fave movie cause its part fairy-tale, part reality. It's about happily ever after, and I thought it was entertaining and funny. I have kids so I watch alot of kids movies, but they are probably my favorites.

"5th Element",:yikes: another of my faves, is a science fiction movie with Bruce Willis that is set in the future. Definitely an adult movie that I thought was entertaining and funny.

I actually teach a unit on "Enchanted" in my performing arts class. It's a fun-to-watch example of parody and a great springboard to talk about other elements of musical theatre. It's also funny enough that boys will watch it...;-)

Although both these clips are pretty cool by themselves, its hard to get an idea of what they mean unless you actually see the movies.
Not really into musicals or opera, but the rest of the movie provides the background for the clips, and when integrated becomes a good scene to look back on.
I get bored rather easily and like humor, romance, and action when a movie has substance- I think both of these do.
I think I've watched about a million movies(fish story #) and always love a good story- not into tear jerkers- could write those myself.
I would put the first one in the category of children's, yet entertaining enough for adults, with romance, humor, and a happy ending; and the second one in the category of adult, with a theme toward a goal, including lots of humor, romance, and action.
Into happy endings...both these movies have excellent actors and direction along with a good story- thats a hard combo to mess up.
You know its good when you're wanting them to make sequels, plus Patrick Dempsey and Bruce Willis are hot.
Anybody else know of movies with descriptions like this? Also, not really into violence- especially graphic.
