General Skills/Qualifications
•Five + years hotel maintenance/engineering experience with supervisory experience strongly preferred.
•College degree or high school diploma with technical or vocational engineering a plus.
•Must be proficient in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, water management systems, and refrigeration.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
