Fabrice's Most Amazing Chocolate Cake

A few weeks ago I posted asking for suggestions for a really good chocolate cake for a special birthday...ended up going with Fabrice and boy was it the best anyone has ever had!! Fantastic 3 layers of chocolate cake with chocolate mousse between layers, truly the most delicious cake any of us have ever indulged in. And beautifully decorated, with Happy Birthday written in french on it!!! The folks at Fabrice were so nice and accomodating, and I just can't rave enough. Thank you again Fabrice, and Leslie in Atlanta for suggesting them!!!! Urq.

Fabrice is an awesome pastry chef, but I totally forgot about him for making cakes. His desserts are probably the best in town.
