I have used Jon Jon's and Beach Technical. Have not used Scotty's......based upon the recommendations, try them. You know what I'm sayin'?

Thanks for all the great advice! Since I would have to be without my car all day, I skipped Scotty's for the oil change and went to Destin. Was told what my check engine light was on for and am now saving up $$$$$ to fix it. When I get the appropriate amount of cash, I am definitely getting it done at Scotty's!

scuba, I don't know where you went, but if it wasn't Express Oil Change, I highly recommend that you try them. Unlike my experience with the other 30-minute oil change place, they will do what costs you the least amount of money. Not that you can't still go to Scotty's, but if your "diagnosis" wasn't from them, your estimate may be higher than it could be. I've used Express since they opened with great results, and it's not just me. While waiting, I hear them go over items with other customers and it always seems to be in the customer's favor.
