Family needs 30A SRB Owner Finance

We are looking for a home with fenced yard that we can put some money down on and have the owner finance the bal at a reasonable interest rate.

3 or 4 bedrooms, 2bathrooms, would be ideal, kids are in Walton County schools.

We are leasing a house off of 30A that has no yard and we want to find something that we can make ours as we love it here.

We are keeping our other home so that our almost college aged kids will have housing in the next few years eventually we will sell that house but for now we continue to pay the mortgage on it until the kids are grown.
