My wife and 2 young boys recently moved to the area. We are looking for a small house to rent for a at least a year. We are in no hurry and have plenty of time so we want to find the right longterm fit. We are very neat and clean people. Are sons will attend Bay elementary so closer the better. Anywhere along the 30a corridor or even North of 98 along the 30a corridor. Ideally we would find something around December, but can move immediately for the right spot.
