Family sold Grayton home

I have a relatively young neighbor whose family sold their vacation home when he was in college. He is not happy about it obviously. Does anyone remember a house in Grayton Beach called Shack of the Hills? Hill family owned??

It is a darling cottage on DeFuniak. Had a small sign in the front yard with a phone number to call about renting it. I noticed a while ago that the sign was gone. Too bad for your friend.
