Red Velvet Cake!!! My mom makes it for me every year on my birthday. I think the icing is made with butter. Good thing I only eat it once a year! :shock: YUMMY!

My Mom would make us angelfood cake with chocolate whip cream icing for many of our birthdays.

Today, for Valentines Day teacher gifts - I sent my daughter off to school with tart-sized cherry cheesecakes. <insert licking lips smilie>

Darlene, I don't remember the recipe off the top of my head, but can post it when I get home. You can also go on marthastewart.com and do a search for it. I use her recipe.
