How about White Christmas with Bing and Danny Kaye? Shane with Audie Murphy.

Great Christmas movie, but A Christmas Story is the new Christmas movie king!

"You'll shoot your eye out!"

The Japanese version of Godzilla - saw that on my first date with my husband!

Awww. As far as I'm concerned that's the only one worth watching. I remember one time staying up late and watching a bunch of Godzilla VS movies ---- for some reason one of those laughing fits happened... it was a blast.

I don't consider anything made after 1964 to be old thank you.:funn:
If it ain't black and white, it ain't an old movie in my book.

One flew over the cuckoo's nest? Get real, that's practically a NEW RELEASE!:yikes:

Haven't seen anyone mention my two faves of all time,

The Ghost and Mrs Muir,
and Rebecca.
Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Butterfield 8.

HUSH HUSH SWEET CHARLOTTE and Whatever Happened to Baby Jane!

Most if not all the Alfred Hitchcock Movies.
Of course African Queen, Casablanca, Imitation of Life.

42nd Street, Guys and Dolls, On the Waterfront, Sayonnara (sp).

I could go on, but once again, I'm late for work.:bang:

My favorite of all time is Charade.

Cary Grant, Audrey Hepburn, Walter Mathau, James Coburn, George Kennedy

Directed by Stanley Donen

Music by Henry Mancini.

I watch it regularly. It seems to capture everything that was charming about spy stories, being suave and debonair and the magic of Paris in the 60's.
