That's a great way to keep your promise to SallieMae to not disclose their secrets. I just read that SallieMae is bringing 2,000 jobs back to the US-call center jobs that are currently being staffed in foreign countries.
I had the same mumbo-jumbo in my severance contract about not ever speaking bad about FedEx or even so much as giving them a dirty look as I drive by the building, blah blah blah.
So if you're not at SallieMae anymore, what are you doing now for employment?
They came clean about it, but swore up and down that it only affected 100k people. That was a load of crap. Let 'em come after me I've got loads more secrets they probably don't want aired in court.
They'll bring those jobs back from India and it should boost the economies in Lynn Haven, FL and Killeen (sp?) TX. Unfortunately the only eligible hires in those two areas have the same grasp of the English language as most Indians.
