This past Sunday we ate at Fire. I always wanted to try it, so the opportunity presented itself. The staff was very professional and friendly. The service was good but they seemed very busy for brunch, maybe understaffed by one or two more servers during the busy times. I had large shrimp over a black bean cake and slaw with a pineapple habanero relish on top. It was the best shrimp dish Ive had in a long time. It was fresh and bursting with goodness. The champagne was endless around the table. The four of us were all very pleased with our experience. Three of us had bloody marry's that were better than you imagined. My wife had the greatest sandwich she ever had, she said. It was a tuna burger not tuna steak sandwich. We took the kids and sat outside so we would not let the kids get in the way of the staff and patrons. I have a mini Jacques Cousteau who cant sit in one place too long. All in all we had a wonderful meal and dining experience at Fire. I highly recommend eating there.
