ChefEd and I are looking at November 17th for the date of the first wine dinner and cooking class at our home in Eden. We believe that inviting four couples/8 friends will provide an intimate setting and allow everyone the opportunity to learn how to prepare a great 3 course meal for your friends. We will put together a menu based on your favorites and seasonal availability of great ingredients. The cost of $60 per person will cover the food and wine for the evening. Now we just need to firm up the guest list and any dietary preferences.
This will be a great opportunity to enjoy some wonderful wine, food, and atmosphere while also learning to create these dishes in your own home.
It is, for Ed and I, a great opportunity to meet our neighbors and share our passion for food, wine and friendship in our beautiful home on the bay.

Sign up early as we really want to limit the number so that everyone can be involved in the demonstration. Everyone will go home with a full stomach, light head and recipes/knowledge to replicate the dishes at your own home. (We'll even give you Chef Ed's personal email for culinary emergencies).

PM me for reservations.
I am so excited to have you in our home!!!:welcome:

I would love to come, but not sure it would be up Hubby's alley. Any thoughts on someone bringing a friend that has similar cooking and wine interests?

Husbands/wives/significant others optional. We only request that all who attend have an interest in food, wine or friendship. I think we can guarantee that a good time will be had by all!
