For sale by owner, real estate attorneys?

Hello,

As I said in another thread we have found a buyer but, I am not quite sure of all the paperwork involved in actually getting a house sold.

Has anybody else out there sold there house by owner. If so, how did you get it done. Did you use a real estate attorney and title company.

Any recommendations of who to use?

I highly recommend Porath and Associates. 850-622-0102. Ask for Nicole(assistant). She will handle it from there. Shannon (owner) is the laywer that will guide you and really does a great job. One of the few attorneys that still work directly with their clients to close. You can call her office and speak directly to her.

I agree with BobbyJ. Shannon and Nicole are excellent in everything they do...and the customer service can not be beat! They are the best and I have used them for years.
