The life and pay of a trucker is already a national shame and this ahole is just making it worse with this political theater.

So many of their devoted followers don't realize that they will let them die just to make their opponent look bad.

Saw an insurance agent say that high cost of insurance is due to fraud and litigation. Seems to me fraud is mostly provable and litigation would be reduced if they would pay legitimate claims instead of forcing the claim to legal proceedings.

I think we saw the same report. He mentions Florida laws; which have evolved over the years to protect consumers, but the insurance guy acts as though they created a slush fund for lawyers.

This is true. In the 80’s I had an auto policy cancelled because they claimed I had too many claims which I couldn’t comprehend. Turns out it was for repairing a few chips in the windshield over the past year which they told me to have done so they wouldn’t need to pay for replacing the entire thing. I told them they were just a legalized mafia protection racket since I had the coverage just shouldn’t expect to ever use it.
About fourteen years ago I injured a co-worker down at the harbor with my truck. He filed a claim with my insurance and was told they wouldn’t honor it since I was using a personal vehicle for work. Of course he engaged an attorney and I showed them I did buy the truck for work, informed my agent how it would be used, and even received a business discount when purchasing. They eventually payed.

Let’s hope they show him how prison walls work by making him serve the 51 to 63 months in prison.
trump would have pardoned him if he wasn’t disabled because trump once demonstrated to the world what he thinks of the disabled
